Brazilian students practise English by video chatting with elderly Americans

Well, this is just a lovely idea (I’m a few days late to it, but that doesn’t make it any less lovely if you haven’t already seen it).
Brazilian students want to speak fluent English. Elderly Americans living in retirement homes ‘just want someone to talk to’. CNA language schools in Brazil connected the two parties in what they’ve called a ‘Speaking Exchange’:
The conversations were recorded and, using a tool created for the campaign, uploaded as private YouTube videos for the teachers to evaluate.
