IKEA put wireless bungee jumping to the test to promote new wireless charging collection

In a campaign to promote its wireless phone charging collection, IKEA posits ‘wireless bungee jumping’.
The ‘documentary’ uses the type of science not seen since 1980s movies to explain how magnets make it possible for a man to throw himself off a 61m platform with no cable.
Of course, it’s fake. Sorry. And there’s a feeling of ‘more could have been done here given the effort’, but it’s well worth watching for the point the jumper ‘rebounds’.
