National Osteoporosis Society encourage the public to #laceupforbones

3 million people in the UK are estimated to suffer from Osteoporosis, a condition that makes bones weak and brittle, which consequently leads to more serious breaks and fractures.
To raise awareness, the National Osteoporosis Society has introduced the #laceupforbones campaign, which aims to inspire the public to buy the charity’s orange Greeper laces and get sharing. These laces compared to ordinary ones, do not un-do, making them a perfect physical activity accessory.

In addition to buying the laces and raising vital monies for the National Osteoporosis Society, they are also encouraging the public to get active and share images of their orange lace-ups on social media with the hashtag #laceupforbones. Craig Revel Horwood is promoting the campaign and a supporter of the charity.
For those who do not want the special Greeper laces, standard ordinary orange laces are available to purchase.
