The National Park Foundation gets arty in latest ‘Find Your Park’ initiative

Earlier this year The National Park Foundation created the ‘Find Your Park’ initiative, in a bid to create a buzz around America’s parks, ahead of the National Park Service’s 100th birthday next year.
The recent campaign, named ‘You Are The Parks’, is the brain child of integrated advertising agency, Grey New York. The campaign video features a number of park visitors camouflaged in body paint so that they blend in with their surroundings, travelling to their chosen park, whether it’s the Zion National Park or the Federal Hall National Memorial.
The messages are clear and emotive – the people who visit and support America’s parks are as much a part of the parks as the parks themselves, what a tongue twister. The campaign also includes a print ad of half of a man’s face covered with an image of Arizona’s Horseshoe Bend.
