Homesense set to open tropical paradise in London

Homesense will be opening a tropical summer garden in London, to help give Londoners the chance to forget about the quintessentially British winter weather.
The garden will be hosted at the ProVision studios in Hoxton and open for two nights from November 30th to December 1st. The free garden is aimed at anyone who wants a refreshing bit of warmth in the winter months.
The people who decide to enter will experience a traditional garden party decorated with pretty flowers and a jewel-toned lounge space, cocktail bar and candlelit picnic area, a sharp contrast to the dark, gloomy winter Londoners usually see.
The garden will also have night-time entertainment with reality star Ashley James stepping in as a DJ on the opening evening as well as a few celebrity guests such as presenter and Snapchat star Poppy Jamie and Made in Chelsea star and designer, Rosie Fortescue. There will be a range of summer cocktails available, as well as concept canapes and ice cream for all visitors. There will also be an opportunity to win a number of secret prizes on the night itself.
The stunt is aimed at giving Londoners a chance to relive the summer months, as well as to raise brand awareness in the build up to Christmas. A nice experiential PR stunt which I think will help perk people’s spirits as well as Homesense’s sales.
A spokesperson for HomeSense said: “We want to create a unique space for members of the public to discover, experience and enjoy. At HomeSense we are all about offering our customers thrilling experiences and unique finds when shopping and thats exactly what you can expect to find in our secret garden”.
