From refusing to Photoshop out natural marks of life such as stretch marks from promotional adverts to championing models of all shapes and sizes; Missguided has positioned itself as one of the leading fashion advocates for body positivity.
Continuing on from the #makeyourmark campaign, started in December 2017, the brand is still working to change body image attitudes within the fashion world. In their latest move they have introduced a range of mannequins not only representing diverse ethnic backgrounds but also celebrating skin features such as vitiligo, seldom seen within the industry.
The exclusive figures were created in-house with the help of make-up artists to detail each of the different, unique skin features and will be on show in their two flagship stores: Westfield Stratford City and Bluewater Shopping Centre in Kent.
