A corn maze and pumpkin patch in northwest Indiana, has created an immense Stranger Things themed maze viewable from the air.
The President and CEO of Exploration Acres, Tim Fitzgerald, said, “After binge-watching the entire Stranger Things series last year, I knew we had a unique opportunity to create an immersive environment for fans at our farm.”
And he certainly didn’t disappoint with the maze sprawling over 20 acres and having over 10 miles of paths crammed inside!
Exploration Acres construct a huge corn maze every year with a different theme each time, but this is their largest attraction they have ever attempted.
Fitzgerald explains how his team used GPS equipment to plant the maze so precisely, commenting that new technology allowed them to “plant the maze design like an inkjet printer, dropping seeds into the precise design we imagined.”
The Stranger Things maze is open from September 14 through to October 28, just in time for the 2018 season!
