“Take Care of Yourself” is a Christmas ad from Doc Morris, one of Germany’s biggest online pharmaceutical services.
The film stars an elderly man seemingly disappointed with life and the decline of his strength as he reflects back on all the things he used to be able to do.
He ventures down to the shed and pulls out a rusty old kettlebell.
I’m not going to spoil if for you any further – it’s a long wait till the pay off but worth it.

Translated from German, the advertisement’s description says:
“This year is the best gift of all that we are fine and healthy. That is why your health is also a matter close to our heart. So that, especially at Christmas, you can take care of what really matters in life: to spend carefree time with your family and loved ones. DocMorris wishes you and all your relatives a happy and unforgettable celebration. Stay healthy!”
