I can be… President

As campaigning around the US presidential election hots up, indecisive Americans struggling to decide on a political alliance have been thrown a lifeline from an unlikely source – I Can Be… President Barbie snubs both Red and Blue States, preferring instead to be Pink.

Hitting the campaign trail, Barbie is paving her own way to the White, sorry, Pink House with Instagram and Tumblr accounts, allowing her many supporters to follow her ‘Glam-paign’.

Running in the ‘B-Party’, Barbie is calling for girls of all ages to ‘B inspired,’ ‘B informed’ and ‘B involved.’

Donning a designer power suit, pearls and fabulous hair, Barbie is showing that the life of a presidential candidate is glamorous – and that’s why she’s going back for more. Barbie is hoping that her new social media campaigning will finally see her instated as President – on her fifth attempt.

The doll is accented with ruffled trim in patriotic red, white, and blue, and will be the first ever Barbie to stand on her own two feet. Literally.
