This holiday season, KFC Canada has ventured into the musical realm of nostalgia and innovation with its groundbreaking release: Kentucky Fried Carols. A first of its kind limited-edition vinyl record has been artistically crafted from the emblematic KFC bucket lid, bridging the worlds of music and culinary delight together in the name of Christmas.

Drawing inspiration from Colonel Sanders’ own music of the late 1960s—yes, three holiday albums, who knew?—Kentucky Fried Carols revives this tradition with a modern twist. Select bucket lids have been pressed, bound with a vinyl layer and festive designs, morphing them into fully playable records.

On the vinyls, listeners will find four remixed holiday classics peppered with the culinary echoes of KFC’s kitchen. Imagine Deck the Halls mixed with sizzling oil or We Wish You a Merry Christmas enhanced by the Colonel’s famed 11 herbs and spices.
