Telephone helpline set up to help fans devastated by release of final Twilight instalment

The Twilight Saga comes to an end on Monday 11th March with the release of the final instalment, The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2, on DVD & Blu-ray.
To help fans ‘mourn’ the loss of what is obviously an incredibly scripted, brilliantly acted and criminally under-awarded series, quite brilliantly, a dedicated helpline has been set up ‘to support those that are breaking down‘ at the thought. I can take no credit for that excellent pun.
I actually called the helpline to see what it did and, although I’m not sure how therapeutic it’d be, a 1 minute recorded message is indeed played, featuring the crackly voices of Bella, Edward and
Jacob and a guy who sounds like the one from the ‘piracy is a crime’ shouty-shouty warning on DVDs.
All joking about the film aside, the Twi-line is a funny PR concept and perfectly captures the absolutely bat-shit mental reaction the series has received over the years.
The Twilight Twi-line is available to all UK residents for the next two weeks on this number: 03300 225 775 (calls charged at standard rate)
